We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales and Representative Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives across the USA and Canada. Specific Job Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the North American region.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs, monitor individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback to continually improve results.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the executive team to develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client and Partner Relationships
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and present results to the senior management team.
- Sales Tools: Utilize sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other resources to streamline sales processes and data management.
Qualifications/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and partners at various levels.
- Thorough understanding of the North American market, including its regulatory environment, trends, and opportunities.
- Familiarity with sales automation and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed within North America.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
