We're seeking an experienced team player to join our Front Desk team. Front Desk Agents are responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including responding to customer requests, answering basic questions and providing support with other general tasks. We're looking for a professional who is comfortable working as part of a team and can help maintain a positive and friendly environment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer visitors' questions, both by phone and in person.
- Direct visitors to the correct location.
- Provide visitors with information about hotel amenities and services.(including room service, breakfast, parking, and transportation).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
