Technical Support Representative
Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Analyze customer problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize Connectwise Manage ticketing system to document and track customer inquiries
- Collaborate with network administration and desktop support teams to resolve complex issues
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Experience:
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network administration concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
