Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
