HQ Office & Events Manager - Part Time, 16 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Craft memorable office events, including happy hours, lunches, team outings, holiday celebrations, and client engagements. Work with vendors and clients to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring each event feels special and well-coordinated.
- Lobby Ambassador: Create an inviting and professional atmosphere in our lobby. Greet visitors with a warm smile, assisting them efficiently and informatively. Oversee the aesthetic and functionality of the lobby space, ensuring a delightful first impression.
- Champion of Cleanliness and Order: Keep our office pristine and systems running smoothly. Manage office and cleaning schedules, and office maintenance, ensuring a healthy and appealing work environment.
- Provision Master: Oversee the inventory of office supplies, groceries, and event essentials. Your keen eye for detail will ensure we’re always stocked and ready for business and pleasure alike.
- Mail and Correspondence Guru: Handle our mail with precision and care, ensuring all correspondence is distributed and filed correctly, maintaining confidentiality and organization.
- Errand Hero: Support our team’s broader needs by performing various errands. Whether it’s picking up supplies or delivering important packages, your efforts will keep us moving forward seamlessly.
As the HQ Office & Events Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our Headquarters and Recruiting team, ensuring the operations of the office and environment are well organized and inviting, while always considering yourself “on-stage”! This role requires your presence in the office, where your talents in organization, coordination, and proactive engagement will bring great value to the organization.

- Proficient in the latest social media, databases, and professional networks for optimal resource management including Microsoft products
- Trusted to handle sensitive information with the highest discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work 9-5 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Falls Church office.
