Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume fast casual or casual dining restaurant
- The desire to develop talent within both the management and hourly teams
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Sound decision making and problem solving skills
- Desire for personal and professional growth
