Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Keep detailed records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Knowledge of emergency medicine, hospital medicine, PICU, clinic, geriatrics, Level II Trauma Center, Level I Trauma Center, care, inpatient, and medical-surgical practices is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and personalities

Pay: $17.69 - $21.30 per hour
