Sales Coordinator
Looking for a job that makes a difference? Provides professional fulfillment as a team member? As a sales coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting not only station management but our fantastic sales team.
Coastal Television of Anchorage LLC is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide support to our sales staff and management including creation of sales tools and documents, heavy data entry and some customer contact. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:30p. Reliable transportation and the ability to work full time is a must.

What The Job Entails
Provide general administrative support to station management including but not limited to:
- Creating detailed files
- Working with the sales team and station management to identify customer needs.
- Various software related duties-processing pre-emptions/makegoods, order entry, order revisions, etc. in proprietary software system for our sales team
- Maintaining programming in available systems
- Assisting with the planning and execution of station/sales events
- Provide coverage of reception desk as needed.
- Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence from station management.
- Possess computer and software skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and/or one to two years related experience and/or training is preferred
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of business software applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude at all times when receiving office visitors, answering phones, or dealing with other associates
