Inbound Calls
Summary
- Answer incoming calls promptly, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer
- Responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients
· Adhering to all applicable company, client, and regulatory requirements
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge
· Assist with setting payment plans to bring account current
Pay:
$13.50/hr (plus incentive)
Shift Differential on hrs worked during Saturday & Sunday ($15.50/hr)
Full-Time Remote & Equipment is provided:
We provide a full desktop setup with 2 Monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, and camera
(Equipment must be Hard-Wired into Internet via Ethernet cable
Training Hours:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST or 7am-4pm CST (5 weeks)
After Training Hours:
Off 2 days during the week (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/ Thursday)- Work Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm
After 6 weeks you shift bid for a chance to change schedule
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- 6 or more months of customer service experience
- Ability to engage in warm calling techniques
- Must be able to work Saturday/Sunday (will have 2 days off during the week)
- Quiet Workspace away from high traffic areas in home
Background checks and new hire drug screens are performed
