Job Description
Summary
As a member of the Marketing Team, the Aspen Community Marketing Specialist will be the heartbeat of the pharmacist community, working in close collaboration with internal subject matter experts to listen, learn and respond to pharmacist needs with compelling content that drives measurable business impact. Success will be measured through increased brand preference, engagement, and pharmacist community growth. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with excellent editorial instincts who possesses a creative knack for leveraging digital touchpoints to reach, engage and respond to our pharmacists. This role is right for you if you are an agile thinker with smart copywriting skills and a passion for community management rooted in strategy and insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist in executing digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns for new clients and pharmacists; including audits to ensure best practices are being used.

Develop, produce & distribute promotional and collateral content (brochures, eBooks, etc.) to support sales and marketing programs when needed.

Assist with developing and executing the content calendar to align with goals across departments.

Support Community Managers with managing pharmacist programs to acquire new pharmacists and retain/engage existing community pharmacists.

Gain a deep understanding of internal processes to be able to proactively identify trends and insights to leverage into client prospecting campaigns

Utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end user experience for our community of pharmacists

Work with Community Managers to update the pharmacist dashboard with announcements, rates, resources, etc.

Draft and design emails in HubSpot to promote engagement, encourage best practice sharing, and promote loyalty/brand affinity

Analyze marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university required in journalism, communications, marketing or related field of study; minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in content creation and execution in digital channels and/or community management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office / Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Outlook.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Work Location
This position is a remote role. Must provide adequate support to internal clients; be available for regular interactions and coordination of work with other employees, colleagues, clients, or vendors; as well as be available to facilitate effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders.
Working Hours
This is an exempt position requiring one to be able to work overtime from time to time in order to get the job done. Therefore one must have the ability to work nights, weekends or on holidays as required. This may be changed at any time to meet the needs of the business. The typical working hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
