Hourly Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay

Job Overview:
Alliance Technical Group (formerly RSB Environmental) seeks a Mid-Level Phase I Environmental Site Assessor to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position that includes:
- Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments: Completing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments Projects.
- Report Review: Reviewing final reports completed by others.
- Site Visits and Data Collection: Conducting site visits and collecting data.
- Client Meetings: Meeting with clients to review reports and help sell next phases.
- Project Coordination/Management: Coordinating and managing Property Condition Assessments Projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university in Engineering/Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Biology, Geology, Soil Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Required: Experience conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
- Preferred: Minimum of two years of progressively responsible construction permitting inspection or management experience, including substantive work in site development and stormwater management projects.
- Proficient technical skills, including experience using Microsoft Office programs, digital cameras, and other handheld data collection devices.
Skills:
- Adequate written and oral communication skills to prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of construction, inspection, and permitting processes.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, dirty, dusty, and noisy environments.
- Capable of walking over rough, uneven, and occasionally slippery surfaces, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, reaching, and occasionally lifting objects weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
- Strong technical education, professional demeanor, and desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, data management, and judgment capabilities.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation access to remote job site locations.
- Flexibility to allow for periodic travel.
