Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our construction and facilities management services. Your deep understanding of the industry will be instrumental in driving our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction and facilities management sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and requirements.
Travel to local business to silicate services and collect contact information.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors.
Commit to casual business attire and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 months to a year of experience in the construction and facilities management industry.
Strong knowledge of construction and facilities management services and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
