Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
*Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Assist with customer inquiries, process changes, assist in filing claims, assisting Account Managers/Executives with tasks.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting
- Knowledge of clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Familiarity with calendar management software for scheduling appointments
- Willingness to obtain a Property/Casualty Insurance license within 3 months of hire.
