What you’ll do:
As an Inbound Customer Care team member, you will be the face of our company, forging meaningful connections with customers and guiding them through their purchasing journey. Your infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. Whether providing product recommendations, resolving inquiries, or upselling additional services, your dedication to customer satisfaction will drive our success.
In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, assisting those shopping at online stores or contacting our local retail stores. Your exceptional product knowledge, customer focus, and outstanding communication skills will contribute to delivering extraordinary customer service.
- The ideal candidate should have exceptional product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Responsible for handling 30 to 40 inbound calls per day, providing product recommendations, and completing transactions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Simplify technical information for customer understanding.
- Adapt to dynamic sales environments and evolving technologies.
- Utilize active listening to identify customer needs.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Work independently, making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple tasks in an ambiguous work environment with strong organizational skills.
- Display patience and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Maintain high energy levels while engaging with customers.
What We Require
- Minimum 2 years of confirmed customer-facing sales or service experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Customer-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information in everyday language.
- Quick learner who can adapt to sales environment and technological changes.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent decision-making with minimal supervision.

- High energy levels and enthusiasm with customers.
- Experience using Mac and iOS devices.
- Technical experience in digital media (music, video, photography) is a plus.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for home-office technology.
- Typing speed of 45+ words per minute with 95%+ accuracy.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.
- Availability to work from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (Central) with flexibility.
