Reporting to the companys General Manager and Assistant General Manager and as the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, the Server is responsible for selling & serving food & beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service. This position will lead the operating restaurant front of house service teams and ensure the property achieves stated objectives in service sales, employee retention, communication and awareness, guest service and satisfaction, service quality and restaurant sanitation.
This role will work to ensure standard operating procedures, best people practices and compliance, and service standards are consistently met at all properties.
