We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing student needs, managing projects, and fostering long-term client relationships. If you excel in communication and account management and have experience in product management or the tech industry, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Analyze student requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Manage student accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support to student
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as ClickUp for efficient tracking
- Drive student success in our program through proactive engagement
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of product management or tech industry is a plus
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar CRM software
