Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Training Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Program Design and Development:
- Create comprehensive leadership training programs tailored to various levels of management and executive leadership.
- Present training materials to align with current best practices and organizational needs.
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify leadership development needs within the organization.
- Utilize surveys, interviews, and performance data to inform program design.
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to build leadership skills.
- Employ a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, and role-playing.
Coaching and Mentoring:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to high-potential employees and current leaders.
- Develop individualized development plans (IDPs) to address specific growth areas.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- Develop metrics and tools to assess the effectiveness of leadership programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually refine and improve training initiatives.
Organizational Development:
- Partner with HR Manager to align leadership development initiatives with strategic goals.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership training and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful programs.
Requirements:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Certified Leadership Development Professional (CLDP)
- HR Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.)

Pay: $54,614.45 - $65,772.24 per year
