Position Summary:
The Area Sales Manager will be the driving force behind RuRu's Tequila in the Southeast. You'll be pounding the pavement, making sales, hosting events, training bartenders, handling social media posts, visiting liquor stores, and coming up with ideas to help sell-through and boost restaurant sales. This role comes with a base salary and performance-based bonuses and is designed to evolve into a senior management position as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency (or ability to learn) Salesforce or other CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
