Position Summary: The Operations Specialist will work directly with the Director of Operations and President of CSA to manage operational processes and procedures. This role will help to hold the team accountable for maintaining a safe work environment and will support the team with continuous improvement initiatives. The paramount job duties include educating and supporting customers to build strong relationships through professional, knowledgeable and timely communications.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Works with the Marketing team with line of business research, analytics, marketing campaigns and event planning for CSA
- Coordinates and obtains initial customer inquiries’ preliminary information over the phone including obtaining bills for analysis.
- Create sales proposal/RFP responses using templates and update as directed.
- Manage Utility applications and track studies throughout process.
- Analyze customer cost of electricity for all Commercial Sales business development managers.
- Track all active, sold and lost leads in the pipeline and run/develop weekly reports as needed.
- Assist President with quarterly results assessments of sales productivity.
- Research competition/maintain current database as directed.
- Manage company operational processes and procedures as directed.
- Manage construction plan sets for construction workerager including printing for redline reviews – track all plans in review process.
- Assist with estimating and vendor quotes/pricing as directed.
- Prepare business reports as directed CSA.
- Manage project close out process to ensure project manager provides customer and Service Department proper post-installation documentation within 30 days of system commissioning.
- Record Management Responsible for Director of Operations duties during any potential absence.

Skills and Abilities Education & Certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent Experience:
- 3+ years of Operations or similar experience.
- Solar and/or construction experience a plus
- Understanding of blueprints/construction plan a plus
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
Other Requirements:
Ability to work a variety of hours, including occasional evening and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
