Our family of small, doctor owned, specialty hospitals is seeking board certified specialists and residency trained veterinarians to join our multispecialty teams in: Baltimore, MD; Houston, TX; Park City, UT; and Victoria, TX. We are currently hiring small animal specialists in the following fields: Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, and Dentistry. Our team approaches veterinary medicine with a focus on compassion, excellence, growth and community. We are veterinarian-owned and uncompromising when it comes to giving our patients the best care available and supporting our doctors.

What Are We Looking For? You are board-certified or residency trained veterinarian with a passion for staying at the forefront of advanced veterinary care. You have demonstrated experience performing in your specialty field with outstanding results. You clearly communicate with team members to ensure consistent understanding of new ideas, changes in protocol, policies, expectations, successes, and impending changes.
You build positive relationships across the hospital and administration to facilitate an environment of teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. You demonstrate a strong understanding of our core values: Evolution, Family/Flexibility, Expertise, and Compassion/Collaboration. You create effective working relationships with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood, effectively communicated, and delivered upon.
