This role will require travel to regular visit and keep updated with customers.
With quality engineered products, Rotech is looking for Regional Pump Sales Managers in the USA that understand the company's vision and commitment to quality and represent , develop and increase sales and distribution within their given areas.
This role for Rotech will primarily be responsible for driving sales of our Pumps, valves, mechanical seals products portfolios as well as other products/services to various industries and markets. Accountable/responsible for growing regional product sales revenues within Top industry accounts. Develop a sales strategy and plan, including customer target accounts, prospecting, sales leads, follow-ups, and maintain a strong relationship with existing customers. Retain and grow business relationships with accounts by proactively identifying opportunities, presenting innovative solutions, and overcoming obstacles with drive, passion, and resilience.
The Job Position requirements:
- Must have a good understanding of rotating equipment requirements/specifications like Centrifugal Pumps like End suction close-coupled, frame-mounted, ANSI Pumps, self-priming, vertical Inline, Vertical Multistage Pumps, and others.
- Positive Displacement pumps like Gear Pumps, Lobe Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps etc.
- Previous experience selling rotating equipment packages, repairs, upgrades and commission/startup services.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in mechanical equipment; training in assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting of pumps; experience in Water & Waste Water Pumps ,power plants, chemical, oil & gas, Food processing, steel, mining & minerals.
- Display a high degree of independence and drive to meet goals, targets, and objectives.
- Willingness to travel within the territory up to 75% of the time
- Source new clients, conduct sales and cold calls follow up on leads and referrals to present product solutions and increase sales in assigned
- Identify and build relationships with decision-makers within existing accounts while creating an ongoing relationship strategy to grow the territory
- Coordinate with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct follow up’s with customers on orders, quotes, and service requested; undertake activities to secure the sale, such as sourcing of competitor information, analysis of competitor product offerings and applications.
- Develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications, and product offerings with the Inside sales team.
- Produce weekly market activity reports and update activities on CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
