Position Objective:
Além Werks is seeking a part-time Vehicle Logistics and Detail Specialist at the Porsche Experience Center Atlanta. The role of the Vehicle Logistics and Detail Specialist is to conduct daily vehicle movements and detailing for the fleet of approximately 80 vehicles in support of customer drive experiences at the PEC Atlanta. This includes all vehicle scheduling, safety checks, fueling, delivery, detailing and vehicle staging in support of daily Drive Experiences.

Responsibilities
- Delivering vehicles and or staging them multiple times per day per daily manifest
- Communicating demand flow, schedules and expectations of vehicle movement
- Vehicle inspection and preparation to ensure safe operation on track
- Coordinating with Workshop and Logistics Manager when vehicles need offsite service
- Vehicle refueling in a safe and efficient manner
- Conducting weekly vehicle safety reports due to Logistics Manager
- Coordinate and report on tire inventory
- Vehicle Transportation Logistics – receiving and sending vehicles offsite
- Logs and Records on a recurring basis
- Vehicle turn‐in, condition reports, and inspections
- Coordinate with Workshop of parts and tire proper disposal
- Working with a team, provide the washing and cleaning of vehicles per requirement or established standard; outside and/or inside and out
- Provide detailing of vehicles as appropriate for PCNA, Executive, New Vehicle Delivery and Classic vehicles
- Coordinating demand flow, schedules and expectations with Classic Center, New Vehicle Delivery, and Vehicle Logistics Team
- Vehicle Cleaning log
- Vehicle turn-in, condition reports, and inspections
- Key placement, storage, and associated processes
- Responsible for area of operations cleanliness and overall appearance
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma required
Experience
(Job and Industry):
- Background and experience with vehicle movement/logistics
- Automotive background and general understanding of vehicles a plus
Skills:

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 or over
- Work week is typically Tuesday - Saturday but must have seven-day work week flexibility
Salary and Benefits
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
