Job Title: Entry Level Bookkeeper - Pioneer Management LLC

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Maintenance:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Record and reconcile financial data accurately and promptly.
2. Bank Reconciliation:
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
3. Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide insights on financial performance to support decision-making.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment processing.
6. Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
Education and Experience:
-Knowledge of Quickbooks is not necessary but is preferred.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is not required but is preferred.
- Relevant experience is not necessary but is preferred.
