What you'll do:
The Sales Team Lead will excel our dynamic sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective outbound and inbound strategies. Utilize strong leadership skills and extensive sales experience to drive performance and contribute to our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to make a substantial impact in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals with the highest customer service.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to warm leads with tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular market analysis and monitor competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the self-storage industry or related field.
- Previous experience with Zoho, RingCentral and other CRM platforms.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong closing skills, sales call center and go getter.
- Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with B2C sales model.
- High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
