Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, dependable Patient Coordinator to join our dedicated team of dental professionals. The ideal individual will work directly with our Treatment Coordinator and will be responsible for managing the front office area, handling administrative tasks, ensuring the happiness of our patients and the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Kindly greet and check-in patients with a smile as they arrive at the office
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized desk and reception area
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Assist in claims submission using Dental Exchange
- Document all patient correspondence, including calls, texts, and emailsin Oryx our practice management software
- Prepare post-surgical bags
- Manage and organize specialist referrals
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to carefully follow written and/or verbal directions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working together as a team
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent written and verbak communication skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in a Dental, Oral Surgery or Periodontal office setting is a plus
- Proficient in phone systems and office software (Microsoft Office Suite)

- Friday 8AM - 3PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
