About the position:
You will be primarily covering the Scottsdale & Mesa areas.
The job will consist of daily driving and drop by marketing visits to key contacts inside various Health Care Facilities in the Territory. Your goal is to grow relationships with key players inside these facilities that will develop and produce referrals for potential business.
Average Commission is $800 month per sale.
Expected 1 to 3 sales per month + residual commission income that can grow fast from on-going Clients who stay on service each month. Average client's stay on service is 90 days to 1 year.
You will be provided a marketing budget of $800 dollars a month.
Potentially you will be offered a partnership in the company that will earn a yearly revenue share as a bonus. We are looking for our next long term player.

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate prospective clients and caregivers about the benefits of Aloe Home Care services.
- Collaborate with the owner, Pete Moabed, and other team members to identify new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
- Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
