About the Job
The Inventory Coordinator will be a champion for company values and process management working with all stores in person and by phone / email. You will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. You must be willing to travel between store locations and be capable of teaching and leading others. The Inventory Manager will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with District Managers and Store Managers, as well as Buyers.

- Mango training and process management for stores
- Item Change Management
- Price Change Management
- Maintaining Product Locations
- Close out Management Process

About You
You approach your work with a spirit of partnership and collaboration, not exclusion or rigidness. You are a resourceful problem solver; you can feel gaps in what you’re working on, pitch solutions and implement them. You are organized, detailed and diligent. You possess the ability to lead teams, win championships and successfully manage multiple personality types in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
Recommended Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years retail experience
- Exhibits a clear understanding of freight flow and receiving processes.
- Competency with Excel, Word, Gmail and related software
- 3+ years management experience
- Clear driving record and Transportation
- Prior Inventory Management Experience
- Previous MANGO experience is a plus.
