Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic sales techniques.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase sales

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and articulate product features
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Experience in outside sales, account management, and business development
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

Our production lines include car and RV accessories, trailer accessories, hardware accessories, various metal products, and assembly products. We will pay high commissions and based on Performance rewards company shares.
