Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead membership sales and lead generation, meeting monthly targets.
- Launch impactful grass-roots marketing campaigns, particularly in the initial 90-day period.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local community.
- Supervise retail operations, ensuring optimal inventory management and attractive merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging in-studio content for social media and advertising.
- Monitor performance metrics, extracting insights for data-driven decisions.
- Exemplify LYMBR’s professionalism and enthusiasm, nurturing positive relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, adeptly handling client matters.
- Actively seek and seize new revenue opportunities, fostering partnerships and sponsorships.
- Participate in networking and industry events to enhance studio visibility and industry insight.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in fitness or wellness sales, exceeding targets (3+ years of experience).
- Exceptional deal-closing abilities and an impressive sales record.
- Ideally possess a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a dedication to superior customer service.

- Flexibility to accommodate the LYMBR studio schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
