Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical professionals, clinical leads, clinical directors, ancillary staff, and team members to provide high-quality patient care and ensure effective operations.
- Assessing the patient's physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
- Work closely with other disciplines including PT and SLP.
- Deliver treatment to patients in assisted living facilities, with a primary focus on manual therapy.
- Maintain and complete evaluations, patient records, reports, and all necessary documentation efficiently and promptly, adhering to regulatory and departmental guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families or significant others to provide updates on patient progress.
- Interact courteously and professionally with staff and patients, and accept constructive feedback gracefully.
- Engage with patients of varying levels of functioning and personalities, addressing their physical and emotional needs in collaboration with skilled staff.
- Adhere to Attains policies and procedures at all times.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
