**Duties:**
- Provide administrative support to the office team and assist with daily operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management processes.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer support with professionalism.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and order processing is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-stress situations effectively.
