RE-BATH is the nationwide bathroom remodel provider for Home Depot and Lowes. Our customers inquire at these retail locations as well as other marketing venues for complimentary design consultation services. Our showroom will showcase a portion of the types of products and services available to our clients.
The inside sales position is the person to showcase what we at RE-BATH has to offer. Create events in the showroom, as well as reach out to existing clients who may need additional design time or a reconfiguration of their project scope before moving forward. We will train.
Our perfect candidate will have the following qualifications:
High school diploma required, with some college preferred
Phone sales helpful or sales experience
REHASH experience a plus
Punctual
Persuasive

Ability to work independently
Friendly and professional appearance
Must have own transportation
Must be coachable
Homeownership and or building experience helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20 - $22.00 per hour
Un-capped Monthly Bonus and Commission $55,000 + per year

Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively engage customers through warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge or experience is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
