Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains and /or improves the occupancy level of the communities assigned in accordance with the marketing and business plans. Utilizes established sales processes, systems, and forms for sales to perform job duties, tracks information, compiles data and reports, and achieves desired community occupancy goals for the buildings assigned.
- Audits current sales talent and communicates any issues with sales force with Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Effectively manages community inventory and looks for opportunities for increasing revenue and creating other revenue streams.
- Partners with Corporate Director of Sales to develop and execute marketing plans and achieve community occupancy goals.
- Researches and provides recommendations for content and delivery of brochures, flyers, press releases and other forms of media that promote services within the community.
- Works with Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing to make Marketing and Sales plans for each community served.
- Weekly travel is required, as this position serves all of our Florida communities.
Qualifications for Sales Specialist:
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and Docusign.
- Experience with Sales CRM Programs.
- At least 5 years of previous Senior Living sales experience.
- Business Development experience is required.
- Must have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Must have the ability to transition to different locations as needed.

Pay rate: $90,000 plus bonus potential
