MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish and English). Proficient with technology with little to no guidance. Knowledgeable in Google Suite.
This position handles general calls for the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board.
Call types include but are not limited to licensing questions, payment options, compliance issues, and general information.
This position will answer calls promptly and give callers accurate and reliable information as necessary.
This position also requires using all Google systems and the ability to enter information into the board database.
Typing at least 45 words per minute. Critical thinking and reasoning.
Applying world-class customer care.
Responding to customer complaints and issues in real time. E
xcellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in a call center environment with metrics and a high call volume that is often repetitive.
You must be able to efficiently multi-task and be able to simultaneously listen to the caller, take notes, and form clarifying questions if needed.
You must be able to communicate professionally, using proper English/Spanish, to include proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.
