Position Overview:
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with resort leadership to curate exceptional lifestyle services experiences and activities for Salamander Middleburg's esteemed residents. As the face of luxury hospitality, you'll orchestrate seamless experiences by liaising with resort departments, vendors, and members. Your expertise in high-touch concierge services, resort/ country club operations will set the standard for excellence.
A deep understanding of upscale amenities and ability for mastering various operations technology platforms are key to success. Familiarity with the Metro Washington DC area is advantageous, enriching our residents' experiences with insider knowledge of regional offerings.
This position reports directly to resort leadership and will foster strong relationships across departments and with the Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of programs and services.
- Create and maintain membership services amenities, preferences, and unique resident lifestyle activities
- Coordinating and communicating as membership exclusive concierge
- Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant service providers and community organizations.
- Work closely with residents to address their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage bespoke residence services and activities through banquet, sales, and marketing.
- Facilitate face-to-face meetings with members.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Corporate team on strategic initiatives.
- Onboard new resident members and ensure their smooth transition.
- Utilize technology to communicate and collaborate with resort operations team members.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury resort/ country club operations specializing in property or facility management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations, fair housing laws and HOA
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Prior sales, rental, or real estate experience required.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) is a plus.
- Onsite position only.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
- This is a full-time salaried position with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- The salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
