Duties and responsibilities:
- Collects and reviews required documentation and paperwork from newly enrolled students, including application forms, transcripts, medical records, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborates with other school personnel, such as the admissions team, counselors, and administrators to facilitate a positive and efficient enrollment process and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records, verifying that all necessary information is provided and up-to-date.
- Organizes and maintains student files in accordance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Assists with the registration process for new students, including data entry, creating student profiles in the school's database, and generating student identification cards.
- Coordinates with various departments to ensure that all necessary forms and information are collected, such as emergency contact details, health forms, and consent forms.
- Collaborates with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth transition for new students and their families.
- Monitors the status of required documents for each student, tracking missing or incomplete information.
- Initiates communication with students, parents, or relevant parties to request missing documents or clarify information as needed.
- Follows up to ensure that all outstanding documentation is obtained within designated timelines.
- Ensures compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations regarding student documentation and record-keeping.
- Stays updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to student enrollment and documentation.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive student information with utmost care and professionalism.
- Serves as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff regarding registration and documentation-related inquiries.
- Provides excellent customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
