Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate LPNs to join our team. The hours are Monday-Friday 6a-2p.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in memory care and dementia care, as well as a strong knowledge of anatomy and pain management. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and have a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
