Restaurant Supervisor/Event Coordinator
Pizzaiolo Primo, located in Bridgeville and Market Square, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor/Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating special events and functions at both locations, and assisting in supervising daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities
Supervise Restaurant Operations:
- Make the guests event enjoyable and creative.
- Oversee the daily FOH operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and standards, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.
Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as parties, corporate meetings, and other special occasions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless execution of catering and event services.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee event setups and breakdowns.
Customer Relations:
- Build strong relationships with customers and clients, addressing their feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate customer needs and ensure an exceptional dining and event experience.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of event details, customer preferences, and financial transactions.
- Prepare reports on restaurant and event performance, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision and event coordination, preferably in a high-volume, up-scale establishment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
