Utility Foreman Job Requirements
Overview: The Utility Foreman oversees utility construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. They lead a team, manage resources, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Coordinate project schedules and oversee construction of utility systems like water, sewer, gas, and electrical.
- Ensure projects meet specifications and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train workers, promote teamwork, and resolve conflicts.
- Manage equipment, materials, and procurement efficiently.
- Quality and Safety:
- Inspect work for quality and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Prefer 2 years supervisory experience in Utility work
- Knowledge: Understanding of utility systems and construction practices.
- Leadership: Strong management and communication skills.
- Safety: Commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) may be required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and perform physical tasks.

Pay: $23.02 - $27.72 per hour
