As the Customer Experience Manager, you will lead and develop our order-to-ship teams to deliver a “Best in Class” experience for our customers. This key role bridges the gap between services and sales, balancing company interests with customer needs, and combining data knowledge with customer insights.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to develop high-performing teams in both customer service and warehouse operations
- Develop a thorough understanding of customers' needs, both internally and externally, identifying solutions that consistently meet and exceed expectations
- Analyze metrics and customer feedback to effectively evaluate current performance, while also recommending and implementing necessary enhancements
- Lead cost optimization efforts in warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to our customers

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading a multi-functional team required
- 10+ years of Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience preferred
- Agrochemicals, Golf, Lawn/Landscape, Turf, or related field with a distribution focus preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales data to identify valuable trends and patterns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
