Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English, with Spanish language skills being a plus. If you enjoy assisting customers and have a knack for sales, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality service
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and sales opportunities
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain customer records and update account information
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable for effective communication with diverse customers
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Capability for upselling products or services to drive sales
