Join Our Team as a Treatment Coordinator!
We're looking for a bilingual motivated sales representative to sell our products and services. The Treatment Coordinator will excel in generating leads, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Medical training is provided. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and Present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatments.
- Instruct Patients according to prescription recommendations per Doctor’s instructions.
- Schedule Appointments for patient treatments; reschedule patients who miss their appointments, and call patients who have not completed treatment.
- Manage Schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Team to manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.
- Assist with Financial Arrangements and complete pre-authorizations.
- Handle Paperwork including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork.
- Develop Strong Working Relationships with the Doctor and promote teamwork.
- Collect Payments from patients.
- Answer Phone Calls and Send Faxes efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Confidentiality and comply with state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines regarding patient records.
- Serve as Intermediary between the medical facility and its customers.
- Stay Competitive and be familiar with upselling techniques.
- Train and Stay Updated on online department manuals and update changes.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent Spanish and English
- Customer Service Focused with a strong ability to communicate professionally with others.
- Attention to Detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Sales Experience preferred, especially with knowledge of medical procedures; training or education in the medical field is available for those with no medical experience.
- Sales Experience with 1 year preferred.
- Team Player and Leader who can motivate and work well within a team.
- Proficient in Basic Computer Applications with the ability to learn new software.
- Basic Arithmetic Skills to understand general ledger.
