Schedule: 8 hours - Monday to Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze reports and develop action items for the Pod and delegate out
- Support the Brand Manager in development and execution of client strategies
- Solve ongoing Amazon Support Cases
- Research new marketing strategies with the Marketer and Brand Manager
- Support Brand Managers in client call preparation, participation, and follow-up
- Suggest and make SOP changes within the department
- Develop advanced Amazon business knowledge
- Work at the direction of the Brand Manager on ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grammar skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC operations
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
- Strong general research skills
- Ability to quickly navigate the internet
- Knowledge of retail and/or e-commerce
- Must pass a background check
- 1 year of experience working with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
