What You'll Do::
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the National Academic Operations Manager, the Manager of Academic Scheduling is a working manager for the academic scheduling team, providing support for all Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) campus locations to ensure all students progress optimally through the nursing program. The Manager of Academic Scheduling works on and with the Student Affairs team.
Essential Responsibilities:

Provide training, feedback, and daily oversight for the Academic Scheduling Coordinators to achieve high performance in the areas of creating and updating program progression schedules while ensuring adherence to college standards.

Analyze processes and implement strategies to increase efficiency in academic scheduling.

Conduct regular audits to ensure the scheduling process adheres to efficient progression standards and complies with prerequisite requirements.

Create individual program progression schedules for incoming students after acceptance to the College, using our internally designed Program Completion Worksheet (PCW).

Maintain up-to-date student schedules by promptly addressing changes related to student status modifications.

Collaborate with campus teams to ensure schedules align to campus specific requirements, such as space availability, enrollment limitations, and faculty availability. Make adjustments to individual schedules, if required.

Ensure that the Academic Scheduling team procedures align with compliance standards and support meeting departmental service level agreements (SLA).

Maintain regular and consistent communication with the Academic Records Managers.
