Milwaukee ER & Hospital, coming soon in 2024, is a boutique medical facility that offers emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services for adults and children. Whether visiting us for a medical emergency or coming in for an outpatient service such as a CT scan, X-ray, or laboratory test, our patients can access Emergency Physicians, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Registered Nurses, Imaging Technologists, and other medical professionals at their convenience. We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and offer virtually no wait for these medical services.
We seek a strong, dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build relationships with key clients, and identify new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute effective business development and marketing strategies to grow patient volume and new business for the facility.
· Maintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies.
· Proactively seeks opportunities to develop business and capitalize on market opportunities that are presented or enhance existing business through established relationships.
· Works with clinical leadership and corporate to develop and promote new programs and services.
· Aligns with leadership team and corporate to ensure accountability for growth expectations.
· Participates in community and organizational programs to promote professional growth and understanding of operations.
· Coordinates all marketing and business development activities such as events, sponsorships, networking, and community involvement.
· Coordinates with the corporate marketing team to develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of business development experience is required. Working in healthcare is preferred.
- Willing to work in a flexible environment.
- Able to develop strategic plans for building lasting partnerships.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Active driver’s license/insurance and reliable transportation.
