Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Practioner to join our Customer Success team. This unique role blends clinical expertise with customer support, ensuring that our healthcare clients receive the highest level of service and are able to fully utilize our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support and Education:
· Provide clinical support to healthcare clients, helping them to navigate and effectively use our technology solutions.
· Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff on the use of our software, ensuring they are confident and competent in its application.
· Address client inquiries and issues, offering expert advice and solutions to optimize their use of our products.
2. Customer Success Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
· Monitor client usage and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and additional support.
· Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
3. Clinical Expertise:
· Serve as the clinical voice within the Customer Success team, providing insights and feedback on product performance and client needs.
· Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure our solutions meet clinical standards and address real-world healthcare challenges.
· Stay updated on healthcare trends and best practices to provide informed support and recommendations.
4. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
· Assist clients in resolving technical issues, working closely with the IT support team to ensure timely and effective solutions.
· Utilize clinical knowledge to interpret client problems and offer relevant, practical advice.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
· Prepare reports on client satisfaction, usage trends, and areas for improvement to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications:
· Education: Licensed Healthcare Professional (Open to all -MA, LPN, RN, PA-C, NP, MD, DO, oe equiv). Foreign Providers welcome to apply.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; experience in a customer support or training role preferred.
· Technical Skills: Proficient in healthcare technology; experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Second language is a plus.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
