Responsibilities
- Manage and Process Biweekly Payroll
- Research and provide quotes from Health Care Insurance Companies
- Reconcile and audit Payroll
- Provide weekly payroll and benefits reports
- Provide requirements for workman's comp audits
- Research and provide quotes for company Insurance policies
- Assist with compliance requirements and reporting
- Assist staff with payroll and benefits inquiries
- Assist with company administrative needs
- Report to management and the CFO.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payables,
- Experience with ADP Workforce
- Proficient with Excel program.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and accounting software.
- Must be tech savvy and able to navigate through different website portals.
- Ability to learn and adapt to knew processes.
- Well organized with ability to prioritize.
Self motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
