Full Job Description

Are you interested in working flexible hours, connecting with people one-on-one, and helping them re-engage with their health? At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, our mission is to build trusted relationships to make people healthier.

Signify Health is hiring part-time physician employees to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Part-time clinicians based in New York State enjoy expanded employment opportunities, includingthe ability to work a flexible schedule. You may also be eligible for certain benefits, like dental and vision insurance, plus 401K match (match-eligible after one year).

Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
Increase your per-visit rate up to 200% with our Market Multiplier*
Earn additional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
Short-Term or Long-Term basis
Pre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members
Malpractice coverage
Flexible Schedule
State License (MD/DO) Required
Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in specific states

These visits include a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Our part-time physician employees can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

Part-time Signify Health clinicians:

Receive all supplies from the company
Are eligible for current compensation incentives when meeting program requirements (*rates reflect incentives, which are subject to change)
Are paid biweekly based on completed visits (payment managed by Signify Health Payroll)
Can decide the schedule flexibility that works best for the individual provider’s needs
Are eligible for dental and vision insurance, plus 401K (match-eligible after one year). However, it is not mandatory to elect these benefits.
Maintain the flexibility to perform services for other companies during part-time employment with Signify
