Altec Capital Services (ACS) is hiring a Title, Insurance, and Tax Coordinator in Birmingham, AL. This position maintains records and provides administrative support for vehicle registration, titling and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

Manage the registration, titling and insurance for leased assets
Create and maintain records related to taxes, liens, initial and renewal registration, new equipment, defaulted equipment, sold vehicles and titles
Correspond with customers, sales personnel, and third party vendors concerning the title, registration and insurance process
Communicate and follow-up with customers and vendors to obtain titles for leased assets
Initiate the end-of-lease release of titles and liens
Create and send invoices
Process Titles with the Trust
All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

High School Diploma/G.E.D required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Three years office experience preferred
Basic understanding of equipment finance business preferred
Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel skills required
