We’re looking for a Community Manager for our online program where we teach farmers and ranchers to sell direct-to-consumer.

This community will need nurturing just like the soil. Our members need someone to care for them. You’ll be listening to their needs and bringing in experts from the industry, coaches from our team, or other clients who have paved the path previously to help teach them where they are most curious to learn.

You’ll conduct interviews, hot seats with members, panel discussions, guest expert workshops and the like in order to help our community members gain valuable insight into the world of marketing D2C and being a business owner.

The Responsibilities this Role:

To create an authentic and genuinely valuable resource for farmers and ranchers by creating real connections inside our community with members and between members.
To cultivate relationships with industry experts and members of our social media communities to bring in the best resources for our clients
To welcome new members in through leading Orientation and creating engaging posts about new members.
To set up Special Live Calls with Industry Experts that will help our community where and when they need it most.
To curate content that best fits the needs of our community that drives engagement, interaction and a wow factor experience.
To facilitate client connections during our in person workshops
To co-host weekly online coaching calls with our head coach to help each client know they are seen and supported.

At Farm Rebel, we’ve been helping thousands of farmers and ranchers since 2016 market their products directly to consumers. Those we help learn the secrets of marketing to make more money with less effort, regardless of market conditions. We're changing lives in what we do. Bringing home parents back to the farm and helping these farmers and ranchers to create a better life for themselves and for future generations. Our programs are mostly online with quarterly in person 1-2 day workshops held in the United States.

In any given day you might be...

Doing Guest Outreach for scheduling live calls and client outreach for client panels
Maintaining a scheduled online calendar for live events pacing a minimum of 3 months out
Combing the posts in the community to make sure all Client Posts are engaged with and no one slips through the cracks unheard
Sending our clients announcements and posting awesome engaging content.
Harvesting Client Feedback and trends from the community and submitting the information to the team to facilitate discussion and improvements
Gathering Feedback from the clients for their UX in the community
Posting to the community after an Orientation call welcoming all new members.
Engaging in daily & weekly team meetings providing feedback, insights, and community leadership encouragement for our team member’s community interactions
Submitting a Loom review of client intake form with individualized feedback, 6 month goals and next steps to help a client move forward fast in our program
Leading the live orientation, tagging and welcoming new clients into the community, sending them a DM
Jumping on a zoom call with a client that doesn’t know how to navigate the program or access the learning portal. Helping them feel comfortable entering the community to ask questions and interact with others.
Acting as support on the Coaching Calls by being in the chat and dropping in resources, comments, support and questions for clients to help them feel seen and heard.
Attending our in person workshop where you get to play connector all day, helping facilitate conversations, new friendships, and a safe space of learning.

This is a Full Time Monday - Friday Position during business hours of 8am-5pm Mountain Time

Remote Position North America with quarterly 3-4 day travel to Utah or another US location for quarterly client workshops.

70k / year with bonus opportunity of 30-50k
